Stakeholder guidance

Groep C provides guidance to organisations and companies in their contacts with stakeholders. Our specialists will support you, provide advice, prepare meetings, give training and stand by you on a day-to-day basis. For individual meetings, we develop conversation specifications and Q&A per stakeholder that enable you to stay focused.

Based on the service plan agreed, you can permanently count on our support. Starting from the stakeholder plan, we will regularly draw up action plans with you and realize the defined goals.

Examples of stakeholder guidance:

• Supporting an international retail group in its aim to get governmental permission to open on Sundays.
• Prevention of a social conflict during the shutting down of the Belgian factory of an international group.
• Permanently supporting the most important cultural website in Flanders in its contacts with the general public, partners, councils, governments, media and other stakeholders.
