It contains models for approaching stakeholders, a description of the cockpit approach for a plan of action and it sheds light on specific aspects such as social media and the force field between lobbying and mediation.
The importance of stakeholder management for organisations has grown considerably over the past few years. Particularly in communication with public stakeholders such as authorities, politicians, trade unions, civil society and individual citizens, almost every organisation bumps into its knowledge limitations as regards these stakeholders.
